Red Sox Academy: Joe Kelly Dishes On Pregame Bullpen Routine, Focusing On Mound

Boston Red Sox pitcher Joe Kelly made the transition from starting pitcher to reliever near the end of last season, and the change has paid off, as the right-hander is having one of the best seasons of his career out of Boston’s bullpen.

Kelly is known for his blazing fastball that has registered triple digits more than a few times during the 2017 campaign.

On the latest episode of “NESN Clubhouse,” Kelly tells D’Angelo Ortiz how he gets his arm ready for games as well as what goes into his bullpen session before the game.
