Baseball can be a complicated sport, but catchers might have the hardest job on the field.
If you see a catcher staring into the dugout during a baseball game, they’re not just daydreaming. In fact, the catcher acts as a middle man when their team is on the field, looking to the coach for pitching and fielding calls before relaying it back to the pitcher.
