Staying Healthy: Doing Yoga Like The Red Sox Helps Your Muscles

When athletes play sports, they make the same repetitive motions over and over again. This can lead to tired and worn down muscles and joints, but doing yoga can help get rid of those problems.

Luckily for the Red Sox, Robbie Ross Jr.’s wife, Brittany, is a yoga instructor and teaches classes for the players. NESN’s Gary Striewski took the field at Fenway with Brittany and Robbie Ross, as well a few other teammates including Henry Owens and Brock Holt, to learn about yoga.
